If you want to join the EGP, or already a member explain the cause you would like to support and why you should be accepted (New Members).

I'd like to support many causes. Anywhere from animal rights, the environment, gay rights, the homeless, teen and family issues, women and child abuse, Native American rights (even though I'm not Native American), anti-smoking/drinking/drugs, paranormal awareness, etc.

Are you willing to go above and beyond to fight for this cause?

Absolutely, it's what I live for....helping those less fortunate. I'm also thinking about becoming a zoologist.

What have you done so far to fight for this cause?

I've talked people out of suicide and have done a lot of one-on-one counseling with friends and strangers, written many blogs to reach out and encourage others, done research, etc.

Do you speak up for what you believe in or do you tend to follow. (There is not a wrong answer to this question)

Both. I speak up and if no one listens I'll take action.

An old poem I wrote, and why I hate being sick

Well, first and foremost....blech! Turns out it was a mild case of food poisoning, the sickness I mentioned yesterday. I'd called NHS Direct, the basic countrywide after-hours doctor service, on Saturday after coming down with some pretty bad sickness, among other things, and they said it sounded like food poisoning, got an appointment this morning and that was confirmed by the doc.
